• Customers who purchase a new Moto Guzzi after participation to a 2024 Moto Guzzi Experience, are eligible for up to $1,250.00* (50% of the Moto Guzzi Experience ticket value) off the purchase of their new motorcycle.

*The promotion provides a customer cash offer based off the registration group for the Moto Guzzi Experience. If you sign up to rent a Moto Guzzi and pay $2,500.00 you will be entitled to $1,250.00 customer cash. If you sign up to ride your own bike and pay $1,500.00 you are entitled to $750.00 customer cash. If you sign up as a passenger and pay $1,000.00 you are entitled to $500.00 customer cash. This promotion can be combined with any current promotions offered by Moto Guzzi. This offer is only valid until December 31st, 2024.

• Terrain:
  • Off-road experience is recommended as we will prioritize as much dirt as possible, but intermediate or lower. However, depending on the conditions due to weather, alternative routes my be utilized.

• Gear Requirements:
  • We require use of a DOT certified helmet regardless of the state’s law. Otherwise, no skin showing, head to toe gear (boots, pants, jacket, gloves) and we suggest a back protector
  • Please be prepared for any and all weather conditions (Ex. cold mornings, hot afternoons, possible rain, etc.). We will continue rain or shine unless conditions become a safety hazard. 
  • We are not providing any gear rentals

• Full Board:
  • Full board means all meals and hotels will be covered - we will have plans for each day, and have staff grab food when not available. We will also carry coffee/Nespresso machine, water, Gatorade and snacks in sprinter/chase vehicle for activities.

• Rooming:
  • All attendees traveling alone will be guaranteed a room to themselves. Attendees traveling together (ex. Husband and Wife) will share a room

• What bike will I be able to ride?
  • The Stelvio will be the only bike available to rent
• 
  
• Refund:
  • Any cancelation request received 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. 
  • Any cancelation request received within 14 - 30 days of the event will receive a 50% refund
  • Any cancelation request received within two weeks (14 days) of the event will not receive a refund.

• What happens if my gear does not fit on the bike?
  • We will have a chase vehicle following us along our trip which will carry any extra belongings
• 
  
• How large is the group?
  • Approximately 15 total riders including staffing
• 
  
• What happens if COVID causes the trip to be canceled?
  • If the event gets canceled due to new COVID regulations, a full refund will be issued to all current registrants.
• 
  
• Transportation:
  • All participants are required to organize their own transportation to and from the starting and ending locations, at their own cost.
